Any orders that are canceled or refunded will have commissions retracted.

We do not allow coupon code sites.

We do not allow any affiliate to order and earn commissions on their own orders. Any affiliate found using this technique will have their account disabled and all commissions retracted. 

Minimum Payout Amount $100. You must have a payout balance of $100 or more to receive your payout, smaller balances will roll over to the next month until balance exceeds $100, at which point they will be paid out.
